Heading in zone 48 now. Hunting zone 18 later. Good luck to everyone out this morning. Definitely coolest morning so far this season. A lot of deer on their feet on drive here.

Ah the joy of hunting public lands. In the tree for an hour when some dick walks in, headlamp on high, trampling over everything 15 minutes before shooting time. 🤣

Had a shooter for 25 minutes and never offered a shot. Thats okay i enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful morning. Deer are moving well.

I'm out in Zone 9 in a spot I just acquired this year and have never hunted before. I bumped a deer on the walk in, and I got settled on stand at 6:15. It's been a weird and loud morning with squirrels making a racket and birds chirping like crazy, plus the added bonus of acorns dropping. Just hope some deer filter through.

30 degrees this morning and all I had this morning was a bear take off ahead of me through  the swamp in the dark.

4 small bucks cruising and 7 does. Plenty of loud squirrels as well. Lol
