Professional Wild Game Chef?

Any wild game Chef's in the house, or does anyone know any professional wild game chefs?  In need of assistance with an upcoming event.

Andre deWaal  of Andre's Restaurant (Sparta and Newton)  is a 5 star chef and I go to a venison dinner every year he puts on.   Simply amazing.

You may also want to check with Perona Farms they specialize in game dinners.

I started looking online too!!! As soon as I saw this post I knew it was you Lolol.... also, doesn’t one of the restaurants in Sussex do wild game dinners? Stanhope inn or Black Forest inn or something?
