Enchiladas / Tenderloins

Last night had venison enchiladas,,,,,tonight had some tenderloins with garlic, onions, and butter. Oh my

Super easy. I pan fry the chop meat with taco seasoning and spices to your liking (heat,adobo,garlic powder, etc). I spread some enchiladas sauce lightly on bottom of baking dish. Fill taco wraps and line up side by side in dish. Cover with more enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. Bake on 350 till cheese is melted, a round 15min or so. Wife, kids, they all love it. Side of sour cream, avavado, beans, etc

Correct,,,,you can add some shredded cheese as well if you'd like
