It is.  Different from the one I posted in the spring with no trees.  That one did not work out, for a number of reasons.  We closed on this one just last month.  We are yuppies now - private community on a golf course.  Perfect until we go full-time.  Then will likely trade up.  House across street had two mountain lions on their deck - I'll try and get a photo.
