aiming for the exit automatically adjusts for all the different angles a deers body can  be at ..

If I remember correctly,   the original thread said to intersect the dot not aim for it..  but in any case it's a good reminder

If you want to say that dot is actually inside the center of the deers chest that would be accurate..

Precisely - INTERSECT the dot.  For broadside, it's perfectly marked.  Angles make all the difference. 

Nothing spooks deer more than my stank…
