Thinking about a crossbow-can a decent one be had for around $250?

I was in your shoes last year.....Didn't know if my back/shoulder would hold up, so I didn't want to spend alot of money on a crossbow. I ended up shooting my friends and I liked it and the price point was great. I ended up buying it, I did upgrade the quiver and scope and never did upgrade the bolts, and only shot 7 times in my basement, my back/shoulder was good enough for my compound, now my crossbow sits 

It's a CenterPoint Tormentor 380
