Both I believe are based out of China.  I wouldn't risk it unless you're willing to eat the loss and vet the product when you get it, probably a knock off.

china knock offs are made to exact specs and look real good to a casual buyer but they always use inferior metal and paint . paint I wouldn't care about but inferior metal is worrisome..found this out the hard way

Definitely a knock-off if they actually ship you anything.   I don't think I would trust it.  A knock-off stand isn't something I would want to test the integrity of when I'm 20' up.
