EDIT:  Looking briefly at HTML5 video, it appears there is an "HTMLMediaElement.playbackRate" property.  So it very well could be this forum software isn't recognizing the slow motion metadata to set that property properly when it creates the HTML5 video code to embed

Thanks for looking into it but it looks like we have a solution. I will test a couple of things in this threads again if you don't mind. One will be higher def video I know this cam is capable of
