WHO HAS A PICTURE OF THEIR HUNTING LICENSE FROM THEIR FIRST SEASON

Recommended Posts

Not my first license but the oldest one I still have is from 1996

Don't remember when I took the test with my dad, but was around mid 80's

I have mine some where... I looks like greybeards... 1969, a trapping license was included with a hunting license

While trying to find it, I came across an original set of spring turkey season stubs. One was a back tag and the other is the validated permit.

I also found a non-selection notice for the turkey lottery, (1993)back then there wasn't a second lottery and I wasn't able to draw a 4D which was a single week then. The lines at Peaquest were LONG.

Can you believe it's been 50 years?  You'd think these guys would at least bake us a cake.

My first license was almost 43 years ago. I've moved several times and I think that they were lost over the moves. I'll check to see.

Don’t have any pictures of mine but I believe my first year was 1981. I became involved with hunter Ed teaching the archery course at Whittingham for many years with Joe Guilmet and his son Jeff. Who knows I may have even given some you guys your course.
