We had fast short action  in the morning on the bay and then chased the tide into the ocean which made it difficult for the young anglers aboard because we had to step up to 8 ounces. My great nephew caught the big fish of the day, we ended up with 6 keepers

Close to 5, thought that spot was going to be a good hit,I was hooked up in the back ground but we only picked up 4 there right away with a few ling and then it went dead, which seems to be the norm this year
