I’ve had to hammer the tip sticking out of the target with a rubber mallet at times. I also sprayed my bolts with WD-40 and then wipe off the excess they come out a lot easier.

My broadhead target is a Yellowjacket foam block made for

crossbow broadheads. I tried everything and couldn't

pull it out.So a Rage practice tip,can you shoot it into a

bag type (field tip target)?

You can shoot anything into anything but I wouldn't reccomend it..
You will destroy your bag.
Being everything gets mangled I stopped buying expensive targets. Walmart foam block for broadheads.

For target tips I use a bag or a Reinhardt.. they both last very long.

So you are saying a Rage practice head will destroy my bag target?

Center arrow has a rage practice head on it.  Look for target tips that have a bulge in the center wider than your shaft.  They will make a hole larger than the shaft and make it easier to pull out, but you still need to lay the target on it's back, put a knee on the target, and give it a 2 handed jerk.   Field tips have a cylinder shape that is sometimes narrower than the shaft and don't punch a hole wide enough for the shaft.  Still have to try shooting it into my rag target to see if it will stop an arrow from the x-bow.  Works great with a compound.  2 fingers to pull them out.

Rag target.  Had it covered with vinyl wallcovering at first, but fabric wallcovering or burlap won't tear open like vinyl.  Cotton rags are preferred.  Course threads, like in denim,  can get caught between tip and shaft.

Thick Styrofoam, gift from dumpster, will stop broadheads, but gets cut up if shooting the same spot too often.  Might need 4 or 5 layers with a x-bow.  That pad lasted me many years.

For the crossbows, 100 grain field tips shoot identical to the Rage Hypodermic crossbow heads for us. "The Rag Bag" by Third Hand Archery has worked well for the past few years. Once the bag is filled with rags and towels, simple 1 finger arrow removal. No more popping blood vessels and sweating pulling arrows with two hands and both feet. That shit is for the birds.
