Ribs & Hot Sausage on the Smoker

Recommended Posts

I did a 3-2-1 process on the ribs today and they came out Awesome!!! Did my own dry rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, & paprika. Also made a bbq sauce for the 1st time which came out Great (no pics, I just got real busy and forgot).... Corn on the Cob from a local farm, and peppers from Moms backyard to go with the sausage...

Heres a few pics:

just saw a recipe for Mexican corn and wondering if a little smoke would be the 3 pt shot?

I just wrapped the corn in foil and cooked it on the upper shelf (no smoke), but next time I make it I'll probably put a lil seasoning and butter on a couple to see how it comes out..

OK since I wasn't appointed judge for the smoked meat contest. I went and bought my own (pit boss)

I know nothing about it so I will be coming back for expert advice.

I've seen alot of good reviews about the Pitboss. Have fun with it!👍

Alot of good advice on here, and I always watch Malcolm Reed on Youtube.... Check him out.
