I have one near me  in Union on Maggie Ave, their pulled pork and impenadas are ridiculous! They also have a food truck.

We ordered: 3 shrimp and 1 beef empanadas,  shrimp mofongo, pernil, and baccala with yellow rice ....delicious

Easton has quite a few good eateries, and the places in the public market are pretty good too.  Quite an up and coming place...far different than the Easton I knew when I was growing up. 

My buddy just opened that axe throwing place on the circle and business is booming for him

Ive also made venison mofongo from scratch at home on a few occasions. A lot of work but well worth the effort 👍👍

Visited  the farmers market..the truck was there..food is terrific and reasonably priced.
