Segment A, Archery: October 14-19, 2019
Segment A, Archery and Muzzleloader: October 17-19, 2019 
Segment B, Firearm: December 9-14; and 18-21, 2019 (if extended) 
Legal Hunting Hours: ½ Hour Before Sunrise To ½ Hour After Sunset

Bear Permits On Sale September 9 at 10 a.m.

I’ll be offering hunts this year. Bear and bear only. Archery only. Rage broadheads only. $500 a day. No bait. Sit in the stand I choose. Can only shoot a bear if it’s facing southwest between 13-16 yards, and  is wearing a tight red t shirt. It may or may not be carrying a jar of honey and have a small pig with it.

I'm gonna shoot another one.  Segment B only.  Fur longer and thicker and makes for a much better mount.

Only Public land owned by the state

Bear hunting is easy, it's the baiting part that's time consuming

Can only arrive here in a truck so truck keys are permitted. I find better success with a standard key. The push to start vehicles I find the bear don’t respond to plastics
