Last week I went to order a case of Remington Expanders (Barnes), the following day the order was canceled due to inventory availability. So having a case of ACCUTIPS and extremely happy how they group I decided I would save my $$$ and just re-sight my Savage 220 with the ACCUTIPS.

So this morning went over to CLINTON, the range was surprisingly clean,  just need the weeds cut.

So the picture shows my target at 50 yards which when referenced with NIKON SPOT ON application this should be good out to 160 yards, and this height is what I like.  I wanted to shoot out to 100 yards, but the range actually got crowded,  I will return to shoot 100 yards but from past experience with this round and shotgun I know it will be good.

Try shooting a group simulating your hunting rest and hold, you may be surprised at the difference in POI.

Of course it will be different....but when sighting in using a rest helps getting the tightest group, therefore taking any variables out of the equation when shooting at game

If you can do that in the field, you win the prize!

I find that a bipod with my back against a tree is better than most benchrest setups I see at the range.

My climber like most has a bar going across,  always use it as a rest....
