Looks great Rocky just had a bunch the other day. My favorite is steaming them, chilling them and served with cocktail sauce. But when i fry them i dip them in my Bang Bang Sauce. You gotta try it. Simple to make but you gotta use the brands in the pic below

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce

1 Tbsp.Sriracha or more if you want more heat

nice. looks great. i love any seafood. last night i spent 70 on sushi. i didnt catch any of it lol, but damn it was good. crab, tuna, salmon, octopus, roe, seaweed. it was the best dinner  i had in a while and was money well spent

Last night I made blow fish tacos that were out of this world also. I breaded and fried the blowfish the same way.
