PA Elk Application Question?

For those who entered the Elk lottery in PA, did you receive an envelope in the mail with a redish letter that has to be filled out? It says Official Anterless Deer License Application Envelope. Is there also an application I have to fill out and send back or was the online Lottery exactly what this is?

The pink envelope is to apply for your doe tags.   Most units in PA you can't buy over the counter doe tags.

I got the same pink envelope. This has to filled out for whitetail doe or is this for elk cow(doe)?

Its is for your whitetail doe tags.  Nothing to do with Elk.

This year was the first time I ever received one of those envelopes. At first I was excited thinking I drew a elk tag.

Disregard the envelopes unless you are hunting deer and want a doe tag.
