Popular Post Buck154
I don't buy bait. I mainly use gulp and jigs I make but still like to have some fresh bait. I finally got out to get some. One drag and we got around 30-35 quarts of spearing and spots. I have alway got my own bait as my dad and grand father have. Grand father had a bait shop years ago and used to sell bait to all the bait shops around. So it is in my blood. The net I have my uncle made ove 40 years ago. Yes fresh is best but never have time to go before fishing when have to get up at 4am already. Getting it it supper cold fast is key to keeping good and fresh. The crap you buy is yellow from formaldehyde preservative. BowhunterNJ, mightyhunter, LPJR and 1 other 3

RPK0620
Way to go John, and using you Uncles 40 year old net is priceless as it keeps the heritage going strong. MGHunter66 and Buck154 1 1 I thought, growing old would take longer ! I spent most of my money on shotguns and fly rods. The rest I just wasted.
