Can't find out here in Warren County, so my wife and I went back to my home town of Lodi to get some Italian supplies

Went first went to Visentini Brothers http://www.visentinibrothers.com/  I got a pound each of Italian hot sausage and sweet stuffed with parsley and cheese, orecchiette, sausage bread and two loaves of semolina bread and Friselle bread  , then it was off too Vitamia  http://vitamiafoods.com/  there we got one rice ball stuffed with cheese and prosciutto, sausage bread and braided semolina bread.....both shops where somewhat low on products as it was the day after the Holiday.....We will be back in a few weeks for a major stock up....My wife put together Friselle bread, with fresh plum tomatoes, fresh basil, Olive Oil and garlic

You ever try this place in Easton? I'm not an Italian food connoisseur but I know a guy who is right off the boat and this is one of the places he sent me when I asked him for a place to get good hot Italian sausage.

Yes we did sometime ago, I was excited since it's so near by, but was disappointed when I got there and tasted some foods

Well he did say it was good, "but not like mama makes"

I would say Good/OK at best......for this area it's truly the only place.....maybe they have improved since I was there last which was many years ago, I drive past it when going to get Sushi......I'll give them another shot

A place I like to visit is in Bridgewater is K & S Italian Specialities.

Link here

They have a tremendous variety of all manner of goodies.   Well worth a look - they make their own pasta too.   Sadly, I now have limit my carbs :crying:

It is in the small strip mall as Barnes and Noble, The Gap and Eastern Mountain Sports.

Always in my house...just sucks that we can't find some of the stuff here in Warren County...

I have always said the same thing for Sussex County. If someone were to open up a similar deli, they would be banking it big time up here. When I lived in Verona, we had Celentano's.....

Lou, people around here ask my wife to open a place....local deli owner wants her to make meatballs and sausage for him so he can sell....we are trying to figure out what percentage she would get
