We put 19 in the box, I grafted about a mile of water before I found a small group. Seemed like you would get 2 then nothing for 15 minutes. Definitely not a ton but enough to keep us going. I would say another week or 2 will be better probably.

I remember when I was a kid the raitain was full nothing to catch a few hundred but then again that was a long time ago and black backs where just as thick guess them days are gone. well in joy the meal

Lol yeah. They are about the only game in town where the boat is kept unless I run to the deep. Really wish the boat was up north

LBI, fluke fishing sucks there, wrecks in deeper water you got to travel a ways. Very little hard bottom to fluke fish in ocean. It isn't the same as running out of SR.

Talked to a few guys today, they are doing well on the west side of Barnegat Bay 6-8' of water and heavy chumming.    One buddy kept 40 keepers 8" or better today. Heavy chum and clam , squid wasn't touched.
