I jumped on  the Misty Morn Magic hour trip with three of my buddy's this afternoon for some very slow fluke fishing. We managed 30 fish between us with only 4 keepers including the pool fish  at 23". I'm ready for a road trip up north,so I just booked a limited 12 hour fluke marathon in Rhode Island in July...can't wait:up:

Thought you might hit it good tonight. Oh well - sounds like at least some action.

What boat to do you fish out of RI ?

Nothing spooks deer more than my stank…

It was a beautiful night on the water so I cant complain. Frances Fleet:up:

Tuesday June 25th

Captain Greg reported a Decent day on the full day fluke boat. We sailed with some angler who were going to fish between rain drops. We took a ride down to the east to get some fluke and sea bass. There was a steady pick of fluke and sea bass coming over the rail. One on drift long time mate Cotes rod doubled over and he knew it was a big one. After a short battle the biggest fluke of the season was on the deck. Was a solid 33″ weighting in at 15.10 pounds!!!!! The fish was taken on a salmon red gulp. Who says you need to go to Nantucket for big fluke

That was one of the boats I was looking at.

I read their reports every night:up: If you look back in the fishing report archives I fished on the trip August 13th 2018...unbelievable day of fishing and you don't need 2 lbs of lead to get it done!!!
