Finally got a break from the mayhem!!

After working these last 3 days in the refinery (Yes that oil refinery if you’ve been watching the news) it was nice to wet a line at a local lake. Caught a bunch of bluegills and sunfish but ended up getting this decent bass right before I was getting ready to call it a day. Sorry for the no shirt pic but it was hot!  I’m home now having some liquid refreshments and being happy to see another day.

Nice fish - but how about some insider info about the fire? Any contamination hitting the Delaware River that might affect the fish and waterfowl in the area?

It’s against company policy to talk about what goes on in the refinery. Sorry but I could lose my job. I will say that nothing made it into the river. It was contained inside the refinery or burnt off in the fire.

Nice Killbo! But seriously, you need more parking spots at your "house" for the members here on W&W for when you are away.........

Glad your safe. I work on Tugboats that frequent Philly oil docks. Was quite a spectacle while coming up the river. I can also attest there has been no contamination in the water thus far. Glad everyone made it out safe. Could have been a really bad situation.

Damn Kilbo! Sorry to hear the bad news. I did a bunch of work in there degassing tanks. This will effect a lot of people.
