Anyone get into live lining big stripers this month?

June is usually a great month for live lining the 40#+ stripers.  I haven't seen much posted here or elsewhere, some but not the normal numbers.  What happened?  Rain/weather jack things up, bait and fish move off/elsewhere?

1. Not sure what is going on with NJ stripers but I can HIGHLY recommend OBSESSED CHARTERS out of Newburyport Massachusetts.  They go out of Merrimack river and are getting great fish and lots of them every trip . Very reasonable rates and 3 boats to choose from.    They primarily live-line mackerel which they seem to prefer over the bunker up there.    Like them on FB and you can see their daily reports they are getting bass over 40" (inches)  nearly every trip.   Newburyport is a nice quaint New England style town and port - something for the missus there as well.   For entire month of June thus far, has been a very consistent and reliable fishery since the mackerel showed up.

I took Holly out with them a few years back late summer when we stayed there and she is not one to enjoy fishing but loved it so much when she was up there with just her two boys  recently she asked me to set them up with charter along the girlfriend of her youngest... So - 4 completely non-fisherman with little to no experience, caught about a dozen bass on a 3 hour trip up to 36" and lost one captain said was 45" at the boat.      He only charged them $250, to fish on their 25' Parker CC for 3 hours.

The weather sit a lot of days down, I think people got their fill in the bay this year and tried seabass on good days before it shut down
