There would probably be  a catalog you get to look through before hand with pictures of all the deer with their numbers.  Then they would have an auction where people bid for a tag to shoot a specific deer!!!

The whole deer program they put in place there is a complete joke and money pit.

If you let get old you can get nice deer one found was 17 point said to score around high 190
