Batsto
I can't decide if they help or just make people nervous. Received an alert at 1:50 am regarding flash flooding in area. Really,it's raining real hard. Common sense tells me ponding and flooding usually occurs in low areas. Please alert me for the big stuff like a Tornado and where it has hit ground or a bomb is on the way. Lunatic
Its BS. Just like the weather channels unnecessary drama.
Haskell_Hunter
I turned them all off. If it’s my time, I don’t need advanced notice. Buck154, Bucksnbows and RPK0620 2 1 Sapere aude. Audeamus. Bucksnbows
Yeah, I found myself turning them off when every hour I get an alert saying "possible light rain starting in 15 minutes". Who cares? Tell me, "you are about to die if you don't get out of there RIGHT NOW!". That would be useful information.
