June 17 they confirmed it. I let the manager of the program know that our very own members "NOMAD" caught one trout fishing in early April.   He is always waaaaaay ahead of the curve. 

I posted on a shad blog that a buddy of mine caught one in Blairstown while trout fishing, and they were all over me for more information.

Cool stuff but how long will it take to have a fish a bull population. Or before they open up for fishing.
