Fluke and Shrimp Francese! (PIX)

The wife isn't home tonight, so I used it as an opportunity to cook myself some seafood. She's not a big fan. My buddy gave me a couple fluke fillets, so this is what I came up with. Seasoned up some whole wheat flour with S&P, onion and garlic powder, and a little paprika. Dipped the fish and shrimp into egg wash, then flour, then back in egg. Cooked the fish about 4 min per side in EVOO and butter. The shrimp I also floured, and cooked about 3 min per side. For the sauce, I used white wine, butter, and fresh lemon juice. I added some of the left over seasoned flour to the sauce to thicken. Served with a little fresh parsley. Unreal.
