Beach Buggy BBQ

Some Chowderhead decided to drive on Island Beach SP without a buggy pass and without airing down his tires. I believe he's in for an expensive day! Someone should ask him, other than that how was the fishing?

It amazes me the lack of common sense that goes on the beach.. I've done stupid things like go on with my 4 wheel drive broken and got stuck but got myself out..  from no pass to Honda civics driving on
