Nice dead leg breaker. 30 years ago we had permission in PA to hunt a milk cows farm for ground hogs. The farmer couldn't kill them fast enough. They aren't as easy as I thought. He would par boil and pressure cook them. In a barbecue sauce it was close to pulled pork. Do you eat them?
