I want to take my 6 yr old daughter out fishing but want to ensure that she catches something; sunnies, bass, anything.  I have a boat, trolling motor, and outboard.  Any suggestions?

Any nearby pond that has some sunfish is my suggestion yoda. Fish with bait right from the edge with bobbers and keep it simple.....Try to catch some and not stay longer than she wants to. She will be asking to go next time rather than not. I started my kids when they were young and kept it as simple as possible so they looked forward to going next time.

Above all have FUN!! Sounds like it will be a great time! :up:

Paradise trout hatchery in the poconos.

started my nieces and nephews there .

they loved it .

once done a walk around the hatchery to see all different stages of fish growth , where they can feed fish pellets really peaks their interest .

its a little $$$  because you pay by the pound about the same as you would do at a supermarket .
