Mineral site action

Been having the resident deer finally hitting my mineral site.

They hit it when I first put it down I guess in feb/march then after a few days the ignored it. I then added 200lbs and mixed it into the soil with a tiller and the deer still ignored it for another few weeks.

Now it's been daily daylight visits for the past 2 weeks or so. This week a few small bucks showed up (guessing last years button bucks still with mom)

Thought this pic was cool.. buck knee deep in water drinking after visiting the minerals
