Range report (bow)

Picked up my new bow last week and got out for a bit yesterday to dial it in. It's a Mathews TX-5. New for 2019, so new they had to build it for me. Very smooth draw, bit I think my old Z7 extreme was a little smoother, anyway it shoots great and had no trouble sighting in! Group at 40 yards.

Love Mathews made the switch back in early 1996.....HHA sights I love as well....good luck and enjoy

I love my zxt..  you however cannot compare the new one to your z7.  A single cam will always be a smoother draw than a 2 cam bow..  good luck with it

Glad you are having fun with it. Looks like a great place to shoot. What facility was it?

 

I have never owned a Mathews but have shot my friends. I would like to some day. I shot the Traverse the other day and loved it.

I currently own an Elite Ritual 33. Love this bow great to shoot. The Mathews is smoother in my opinion. 

I was just introduced to Sword sights and think they are rock solid.

Adventure Archery just outside Tampa. I bought a membership there and can shoot anytime I want. They are about 30 min from me. They have an outdoor range to 90 yards to. Indoor is 20 yards.

I am actually amazed by the massive amount of Chutzpah for your post about a new 2019 Compound Bow and the archery range you pay to shoot at.

 

Do you even Remember any of the posting that you wrote below?

 

The shame of coming here to beg for money just to get by the next two months is tough for me to handle, I've never had to beg like this before. I truly have no other place to ask. Any help would mean the world to me, and as I said, if I can make it through February, I can pay everyone who helps back what they give.

 

like I said I'm not looking for a hand out here, just some help, that would be paid back I just need to make it passed January and February with the money I'll make in March just on the side jobs I can pay it all back, I just gotta get there with a roof over my head.

We'll look at that, how do you like the new bow WE bought for you?? You are exactly the reason most people don't give a shit about anybody but themselves. I donated a sizable amount to help a fellow member in need. You went on about how it was temporary and you planned on paying back. Honestly I didn't expect to ever see the money again, and if it helps fine. 

I am disappointed to see you here bragging about your new $1000+ set up. I'm a believer in karma and I believe you will get yours.

First off, happy Easter to all! 

 Next is I picked up my new rifle and fitted the scope, nothing fancy 1-6X28 with illuminated mil dot retical. Now all I need is time to get it zeroed then off to shoot some hogs, also my new bow comes this week. A Matthews TX-5 just built. Pix of the bow when it comes. But for now? A little gun porn. Lol my new .300blk.

Not condoning nor bashing,  but did you send him a PM as requested for info for him to pay you back?  Just want facts before  I make conclusions..  if u just donated to the go fund me but didn't send him info how could he pay you guys back

I don't know, maybe a PM? He had no problem PMing when he was begging for money. I didn't donate thru go fund me I donated thru here. Didn't seem to have a problem stopping by my office to pick up the cash. And obviously has no,problem spending it.

While I get what your saying, don't you think ghost should have said, hey I'm on my feet and if I didn't get your info to pay you back. But instead he came on only to post look at me pics,look what I can do. Then to buy a $1500 bow,grand +- rifle and not sure he's putting a " can " on it. Pretty ballsy

Agreed..  I just have learned not to assume and gather facts..  from the other thread it seems no attempt was made to fulfill the promise made and can only say that what goes around comes around...
