Nice soft leather and nice coat. The product returned really depends on what you sent. If the fur you sent has a ton of tick bites or knife cuts it will come back with holes. If you send them freezer burn, unfleshed property or mold from not drying properly they will come back without fur.  Also if you salt them they will come back ruined because the salt messes up the pH level in the pickle process.

Top notch.  Beaver and otter in particular.  

Leather comes back garment ready.  My mother had a vest made from otter with pelts I had tanned there.  Furrier was impressed with the quality of the tanning.
