Friends of mine herp in FL quite often and one night one of them texted me a picture of a big one.  I gave him shit about not killing it and he told me not to worry.  After the photo shoot they ran it over a few times with their car.

It can not be done, not in Everglades. They live where you can't go and I would say most of Everglades is inaccessible.
They tried one time to have a big two week hunt for all who were willing and they killed only few snakes, most crossing the road.
