Stuffed venison tenderloin

Made it for tonight's dinner stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and brie cheese. Then wrapped in bacon.

When I use bacon in venison recipes like that I partially cook it first. I found out thru trail and error that the bacon is not cooked enough and the venison is.

Yeah I would sear it first or on high broil to crisp the bacon up at the end of cooking it quickly.
