Venison Meatball Sandwiches

Tossed together venison meatballs.

Mixed 1.5 lbs of ground venison with 2 whole eggs and 1 cup of panko bread crumbs. 

Measured 2oz of meat and rolled into meatballs. 

Baked at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 

While that is baking I sautéed onions and mushrooms. Mixed in Prego Farmers Market 4 cheese sauce until light boil.

Used Arnold’s Sweet Hawaiin Rolls. 

Placed meatballs, cheese and sauce mix onto the bottom of the rolls and topped with shredded cheese. Bake them at 350 for 6-7 minutes.
