High Winds Advisory!!!!!

Watch for trees and garbage cans today. Winds are bad already and they are calling for gusting to near 60mph later today. I already seen tree limbs down and a few garbage cans blowing across the roads.

My town is littered with garbage. Of course today is our recycling day. Not one can is standing. Garbage/recycling guys are gonna have a tough day

Yeah recycling days are the worst with the winds. Crazy how many get spread all over. Hopefully some people will see the winds and not put them out or at least make sure they won't over and make a mess.

My cans are a block away. I got to retrieve them before they come and empty them.

Kept me up most of the night thinking about all of the trees that are within striking distance!  Luckily we didn't have anything of any appreciable size come down.

Yeah with all the rain the ground is saturated which makes it bad with high winds

I expected to see a lot of limbs down, but the wind from the windiest year I can remember must have got them all. My boat cover was blown off, but then there wasn't much holding it down. Fun putting it back on, lol

Luckily I think Mother Nature did most of her pruning last year when she brought down a huge locust and took out the back corner of my barn during that Nor'Easter with the 90 MPH gusts.

I saw one power line down and a bunch of small power pocket outage in Middlesex Co. Lot of tree limbs too.
