Game Butcher Lebanon

Has anyone used Game Butcher out of Lebanon NJ ? 

Looking for some feedback on his processed products. We butcher our own deer but are trying some new butchers for Hot Dogs since we lost two of our favorites over the past few years. Most can make good Sausage,  Hot Sticks , Kielbasa ect, but not Hot Dogs. Let me rephrase that they make dogs but they are nowhere near what we use to get made. We heard this guy makes some really good stuff anyone try his dogs? Thanks

When ever I don't process my own I  use Game Butchers . The cheddar filled hot dogs are the best.

If your looking for hot dogs try frigid freeze in riegelsville pa.  I think you have to skin your deer before you take it there.  I'm not 100 percent sure but I do know my grandfather and uncle take some there to get done and it's really goodm

I used them a long time ago.  Not a fan. I use Roeche in Whitehouse now and before that was Tom the butcher when I was closer to him.
