ELK CASSEROLE (shhhhh don’t tell Trophy 8)

Dam this was delicious. Thanks to Trophy 8.  I been storing his Elk in my freezer and had to sneak some don’t tell him.

Looks great. I have some Elk ground meat out for tomorrow.  Friend of mine gave me.
