KANSAS BOW HUNT (THIS IS THE REAL DEAL)

220 Acres of prime Kansas Bow Hunting.  I was offered this property if I wanted to Switch from the property I lease. It’s 2 miles down the road from my property. About a mile stretch of river. I really like this property but I’m staying put.  I been having success plus I have a lot of stands and time put into my lease. This property had 2 hunters on it last year for bow but, Jeff does things differently and is only allowing 1 hunter for Bow. 

$2500 for the bow season. No one else will be hunting this property during bow season.  Hotel, Resturants, Walmart, town very close. 

If you are serious about hunting giants in the Midwest this is the place. Sumner county ranked one of the top counties in Kansas for giant whitetails. 

Again this is not a bullshit Outfitter Hunt.  It’s DIY.  You hunt how YOU want and shoot what you want. Just remember only 1 buck tag so you have to live with what you shoot.

Yea Lou this is a great opportunity one I was lucky to find. Jeff is one of those good dudes you hope to find when doing this stuff.

Wichita about 45 minutes away. That’s where I fly into pick up rental truck and on my way. Very new and easy airport.

No he is very picky about how many guys on properties . It’s in the best interest of the hunter trust me. If you over pressure the property with to many guys you won’t be happy.

Yea I know a lot of guys don’t like to go by themselves. I always do all my hunts alone can’t get anyone on the same page. Jeff and I have become great friends and now I stay at his place when I go out.

You have a nice setup LTH .  Don't mind doing a solo but just enjoy hunting with my son or good friend more .
