Anybody else up a 2am to pee?    

Good luck to those down below who can still get out today to hunt.  Should be good now that the rain has stopped.  I might head out for sheds, and explore some more farther down the mountain.  There's a big set waiting for me somewhere.

That was my 3rd, with one more trip before getting up.  Sleepytime tea at 730 was the culprit, besides old age.

My problem was I had a couple of ice cold Heinekens with a steak and all the fixings

I will head out this afternoon for at least one more sit in the blind. Deer are using the area. Just a matter of being there when they are. I have to recharge my patience batteries. They have been a little low.

I know this guy dropped both sides.  Hunting sheds is almost as good as hunting for him. 

Not hard finding where they moved the leaves around to get to the acorns. Hope to find one around one of these spots.

Found benches where they've been bedding.  Loaded with pellets, rubs,scrapes.  Love this part of hunting. Still no sheds.
