Pheasant country

Well at least for around here, took a ride to Tca Pheasantry in Delaware. Big fields apon bigger fields, pheasants were everywhere a handful of chukar in the mix to. Dogs put some miles on today so did I, my daughter and the old guys rode in the polaris. Lots of scratch birds running in that place and they explode out of cover if the dogs or hunter get to close experienced dogs are needed here which there was no short of as we had 5 dogs with us and ran 3 at a time. Fun day for sure.

Very nice! Did the owner mention if he has any hold over birds into the spring ?

He didn’t I’m not sure if they would hawks were sitting in the trees and we saw fox tracks in the mud but you never know a lot of these pheasant were on the larger side.
