A friend of mine was duck hunting last week on a property we hunt in Delaware and when he was walking out to leave he found this buck under one of our stands. It has another bucks tine broke off in it's neck. It wasn't dead long because it was still warm and wasn't stiff yet. Sad to see this one go this way it's a nice 6 pointer.

I'm not sure what he did with it. I know he doesn't have any buck tags left so it wouldn't be legal to take it   :whistling: unless he got a tag from a co I guess. I'm gonna call him this weekend so I'll find out what happened to it.

Wow, still fighting at this time of year?

I saw four young bucks this AM, all were young 4 or 6 pointers, but these guys were a pushing and a shoving each other around quite a bit. I didn't think big bucks were still all jacked up this time of year.
