Sat until 900 . Didn’t see a thing . Halfway back to the truck I kicked up a herd of 20-30 that must have bedded down by my truck after I walked in . Go figure .

Just got settled in zone 15 this afternoon. The woods are pretty dry for the amount of rain yesterday

Pulled chip before I got in the blind, not one pic of a deer during the day.  This could be a fruitless sit,we shall see

Right blind, wrong day.  Wrong blind, right time.  That's how it's going.  Spooked a deer getting out of the blind tonight.  Think it was a doe.  She wouldn't stop snorting.

Changes day by day. I have been having both day and night pictures. Just my shooter shows in shooting light when i'm not hunting.

They came out at 536pm no shot and this os very frustrating to say the least lol.

I let 4 doe walk during the rut now I can't even get one to present a shot. Lmao

Hoping for a recovery mission in the AM. Had 4 does at 20 yards, just never gave me clean shot. They all stayed quartering to or head on, very skittish. Ended up sensing something was up I think and went back the way they came after 20 minutes.. Had another parade come through and I think I flat out rushed. Tough time finding blood with how wet the woods are, found some that eventually dried up. Ended up seeing a deer bedded down about 60 yards beyond last sight of blood and backed out. Seemed like I liver shot her. Hoping she's expired in the morning.
