I always meow like a cat just before exiting the stand and while walking out. Been doing it for over 30 years and it works for me.

Wait them out. If you can't wait, use a FoxPro placed under your stand and crank it up to a coyote howl. I sometimes hit the coyote howl, while revving up one of those remote control cars with a racoon hat on it. Aim the car at the pesky deer,and believe me they will scaddle.
