Cool article. I am a shed antler nut and it is definitely early shedding for more than normal amount of bucks this year. Every year i see a buck or 2 carrying till late March and have even seen them in April. I already have seen 4 bucks on camera that have shed on or both sides.

If it's due to nutrition levels, it's also affecting the pregnant does....which will affect how many fawns they drop in June......instead of 2 or 3....they could only be dropping 1 or none. 

I'm sure Kip Adams and other biologists will be monitoring this years fawn production closely!

I saw 3 bucks yesterday all still antlered up. I saw no bald bucks

I've shot rack bucks in Feb. Keep hunting boys.

I have 1 buck that lost 1 antler a month ago.   All others are still holding.
