Beaver Pelt

First one done this morning. Todays line up is beaver fleshing, Silver Sodas, and NFL Playoffs. I usually don't start fleshing until February but have too many beavers to wait that long.

Looks great Bucndoe.  I trapped when I was younger and had time to check daily, but never for beaver.  What are the small corrugated cardboard cutouts for?  Looks like they are over each leg, but I'm wondering if they mop up oils or help lay the hide out or other?  Good job on getting some trapped out this year!  I often get calls from landowners dealing with dams they make, and when I do, I work with the Division to steer trappers their way that have the appropriate zone tags.

The cardboard is for the leg holes. I pin them shut from the skin side
