Hmmm I don't live up that way, but tried to do a little Googling and couldn't come up with any butcher in Flemington off High street.

Does it look like a new shop or maybe a small "behind the house" type shop?

yeah its basically in the guys garage..no hes been there for a long time..just want to know a good place to get stuff made.. sausage, venison sticks  etc...

Cool. Yeah I think V Roche and Son has been around a long time, previously a check-in station as well before the automated/call-in process.

Check out Hunterdon Deer Butcher in Pittstown. It's less than 20 minutes from Whitehouse. He makes  hot sticks, kielbasa, pork roll,hot dogs, sauerkraut cheddar dogs, and jalapeno cheddar dogs. And he vacuum seals.
