Venison with Whiskey, Mushroom, and Horseradish Cream Sauce

This was very good. I used venison chops, but otherwise followed the recipe. However, I didn't let the sauce reduce enough, so mine came out a bit watery, rather than thick. Next time I make this I will ensure I reduce it properly. That said, it still came out very good!
