Have 2 months before that. Most will not let their racks go for another month at least. I still have to kill a late season buck

I like good stew with root vegetables....parsnips, rutabaga, & turnips .

I live the looks of the chicken fried venison, but my wife decided we are on some whole 30 diet. Since the new year I’ve had no carbs, dairy, sugar, and no fat boy treats. So I’ve been reaping the benefits of this hell, I’ve been pissing out my ass for the last 4 days!  I would kill for something that is good and wholesome!  If this is what living is all about I just wanna die

I'd give my neighbor venison, and she'd make the best soup out of it I ever had.  Tried to write down the recipe but couldn't keep up with the, "little of this, pinch of that, some of this", before she passed.
